I am the keeper of many phone numbers for our family. My husband keeps some of them in his Palm/phone, I have the rest in my planner and iPod. But we don’t have one master list. This is definitely something to add to the Family Control Journal. Should there ever be a need (like if something were to happen to me or if someone were to watch our children long-term), it would be helpful to have this information in one place. It will also come in handy if we do not have access to our electronic storage devices! After all, we shouldn’t be too dependent on them!
I have done the work to make this easier for you. I have created a form with all the types of numbers to record. All you have to do is write them in or type them in.
Please let me know if you come up with any types of phone numbers I have left off.
